You know the loop.
It doesn't start with a decision. It starts with a Tuesday night when you're tired and alone and a little bored. Then a small click. Then another. And before you have time to think, you're somewhere you promised yourself you wouldn't go.
The next morning, the shame lands. You hate yourself for a few hours. You promise to do better. You mean it completely. And for a while — days, maybe weeks — you do.
And then a Tuesday night comes around again.
That's the loop. And it's not a character flaw. It's a pattern. Patterns can be interrupted.
